Associate Dentist for Family Oriented Practice in Fort Wayne IN

Middleton Family Dentistry is looking for a dental associate to join our growing practice! This is a wonderful opportunity for either a full time or part time long-term career. We are a four doctor practice with two locations. Dr Mat and Dr Shim own the practice together as a husband and wife team. We have 2 other amazing doctors who have been with the practice between 3-7 years. Both have stayed on since they have graduated and have received mentorship from the owners.

We have about 20 team members and a fantastic culture that is built on DEPTH (dedication, excellence, positivity, teamwork, and honesty). We are looking for a motivated team member who shares our core values and vision!
