Registration is now open for the 2018 IDA Annual Session and IUSD Alumni Dental Conference, May 16-19, 2018 at the French Lick Springs Hotel in French Lick, IN. CLICK HERE to download show details. Information for 2018 Participating Exhibit Hall Vendors
Book your hotel room early! While our discounted room rates won’t expire until April 25, 2018, our rooms will sell out early. Book your hotel at the host hotel, French Lick Springs Hotel, for $144 or at the West Baden Springs Hotel for $194. Guests at the West Baden hotel should allow extra time to take the free shuttle back and forth, a train trolley is also now available. Valet and self parking options at both hotels are free.
The official Exhibit Hall decorator is National Expo Inc. Service kits will be emailed to you in January 2018, which includes a link to complete an order online using your personalized account login. Discounted prices are available through Friday, May 4, 2018. Standard booth packages include one, 6’x2’x30”high display table covered in black drape, two folding chairs, a waste basket, ballroom carpet, 8’ high purple and silver back drape and 3’ tall purple side drape, and an ID sign with your company name and booth number. Requests for items not listed in our standard booth package may be ordered in the service kit, additional charges may apply. The hotel provides complimentary wireless internet in our meeting space and your guest room. The hotel’s electrical order form and hard-wire internet ordering information will also be included with the service kit. For questions, please contact Holly Lannon at 217.636.8178.
The deadline to request name badges is Friday, May 4, 2018. Each booth includes five badges. You may purchase additional badges for your company representatives at $25 each. Vendors should check in and pick up badges at the Help Desk during installation hours. Submit badge requests to Heather@INDental.org. Non-participating Exhibit Hall vendors are not admitted into the IDA Annual Session.
Schedule of Events
Our exhibit hall is located on the second level of the French Lick Springs Hotel Event Center in Hoosier Ballroom AB (Room 208). A drive-up loading dock is located directly across from the hall for your use and convenience. The booth number your company selected upon completing your online registration is located on your exhibitor registration confirmation email. All events take place inside the exhibit hall unless noted otherwise. Note: All vendors have the same setup/display/tear down times.

While we do not offer a lead retrieval service at the show, we will have a meeting app that allows for interaction between our attendees and exhibit hall vendors. A link to download your personalized app will be sent on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 directly from our CrowdCompass provider. Once onsite, you’ll have an opportunity to exchange contact information with show attendees, schedule appointments, complete show feedback, stay in touch with social media, receive show updates and more.
