Patient Case Report: EMG Guided Lateral Pterygoid Muscle Botox-A Injection for Chronic Temporomandibular Joint Dislocation. The use of botulinum toxin (BTX) injections has been previously described as a novel non-surgical treatment modality for TMJ dislocation.
