Established Lafayette dental practice seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. Our practice has proudly served Indiana patients for 33 years, with long-term patients, loyal employees, and a strong reputation in the community.

Our office offers a comprehensive range of dentistry, from cosmetic dentistry to the comprehensive care our patients rely on, including cleanings, root canals, crowns, restorative care, and general family dentistry.
This position will begin as an Associate Dentist role with the opportunity to grow into a business partnership for the right candidate. A 30-day and 90-day evaluation will be conducted to review fit, performance, communication, patient care, and long-term growth potential.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Indiana dental license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical dental experience
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Works well with team members, staff, and patients
Professional, dependable, and ethical
Desire to build long-term relationships with patients and the Lafayette community
Willingness to be part of a collaborative, established practice
Available to work within office hours of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility as needed
Comfortable treating long-term patients and building trust with new patients
Interest in practice growth, leadership, and potential business partnership
Commitment to continuing education and professional development
DEA registration or ability to obtain
CPR/BLS certification
