We regret to announce that our 2020 Midwest Dental Assembly has been cancelled in the interest of allowing members and their dental teams to focus on their practice and rescheduling patients during the week of the conference. Read our full statement.

 

 

Held jointly with Indiana University School of Dentistry Alumni Association and formerly known as the IDA Annual Session, our Midwest Dental Assembly 2021 will take place at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown in Indianapolis, IN, May 14-16, 2021. The IDA Annual Session has not just a new name but a new feel, flow and relevance to Indiana dentists, their teams and families. The Midwest Dental Assembly has become the new name of the IDA Annual Session to energize your practice with innovative thinking, create new memories and fuel new experiences for you, your entire team, and families. Our vibrant meeting format will CONNECT colleagues through numerous social events and new Marketplace activities, ENVISION the possibilities of an energized and enhanced dental team, and IGNITE practice growth.

Registration will open in the Fall for the 2021 Midwest Dental Assembly special events and IU School of Dentistry Alumni Association activities. More information regarding registration fees, CE sessions and the event schedule will also be available on this page soon. We look forward to hosting you, your team and your families in next year!

House of Delegates Dentist – $125
This registration type is appropriate for volunteer dentists who have been selected by their component to represent them in the House of Delegates as a Delegate or Alternate Delegate. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace activities.

 

New Dentist Member – $165
This registration type is appropriate for a member dentist of the ADA, IDA and local component society who graduated from dental school within the past 10 years.

 

Retired Life Member Dentist – $0
This registration type is appropriate for life members who are retired from a constituent society and are no longer earning any income from private practice or from the performance of service as a member of the faculty of a dental school, as a dental administrator or consultant, or as a practitioner of any activity for which a license to practice dentistry is required by the state. These members have been dentists for 30 consecutive years or a total of 40 years and are age 65 or older. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace activities.

 

Non-member Dentist – $620
This registration type is appropriate for a dentist who does not belong to the ADA, IDA and local component society. Dental Team Member – $95
This registration type is appropriate for hygienists, assistants, EFDA, office managers, technicians, etc. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace activities.

This registration type is appropriate for any dental school students. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace activities.

 

Spouse – $35
This registration type is appropriate for a married person of any registration type. Includes free special events and all Marketplace activities. Excludes CE sessions. Guest, Adult – $35
This registration type is appropriate for any guest 18 and over who doesn’t want access to the unlimited CE offerings. Includes free special events and all Marketplace activities.

Marketplace Vendor Booth – $1,600
This registration type is appropriate for a vendor that is purchasing a booth in our Marketplace. Unauthorized vendor registrations will not be accepted. All 8×10 booth options are $1,600 each and are subject to availability and final approval by IDA.
