Endodontic Associate-to-Ownership Opportunity – Carmel (Indianapolis Area), IN

A well-established, highly profitable, single-owner private endodontic practice located in the affluent Carmel area is seeking a personable and skilled endodontist to join our exceptional team.
This unique opportunity offers 2-4 days per week initially, with an intended pathway to full practice ownership within 1-3 years. The current owner is committed to a smooth, flexible transition on your timeline. Ownership terms will reflect the value you bring, with the potential to earn a seven-figure income as the practice owner.

The incoming associate will have ample time to integrate into the practice, develop relationships with staff and referring dentists, and acclimate to the patient base before ownership transition.

We are seeking an individual who is:
-Board certified or board eligible in Endodontics
-Ideally 2-5 years post-residency experience
-Clinically skilled and genuinely patient-centered, with a commitment to superior follow-up care
-Professional, personable, and adept at nurturing relationships with referring dentists
-Highly motivated to assume future practice ownership and achieve substantial financial success
