Practice for Sale

Looking to retire and want to sell my practice in Hamilton County, Indiana.  Two full operatories, Dentrix, digital xray and pano, Omni-cam, and Cerec mill. Large office space with plenty of room to expand. Would make a good first office or possibly a satellite office. I currently only work 2 full days a week and Dentrix shows about 800 patients. Willing to work out transition details. Landlord shares the building and is willing to work with a new practitioner. Will need to provide staffing but everything is there to start.
