Purchased New in 2019. Worked GREAT until tube head went out in 2025. I bought NEW Rayscan instead of repairing old machine. Techs told me it would be $10 K to repair. Rayscan carefully disassembled machine for storage. They will put the machine back together in your office (approx $1500). This is a GREAT deal! I originally paid $84,995 for machine.
