The Mind Shift: How to Upgrade Your Internal Operating System for High Performance in Dentistry

In this live program, Tim Shurr will introduce a practical framework for identifying and shifting the invisible influences that affect performance, communication, resilience, and burnout risk in dentistry. Rather than offering generic coping advice or motivational concepts, this session focuses on one high-impact shift participants can begin using immediately to improve clarity, reduce internal pressure, strengthen leadership presence, and support healthier, more sustainable professional performance.
