Associate General Dentist

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | Michigan City, Indiana

Mentorship and Clinical Development

Advanced Clinical Scope

Our practice performs a wide variety of procedures that allow associates to grow beyond traditional bread-and-butter dentistry. Experience in surgery and sedation is a plus but is not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and expand their clinical capabilities.

Fully Digital Workflow

We utilize a completely digital workflow including digital imaging, scanning, treatment planning, and restorative processes designed to improve efficiency, predictability, and patient outcomes.

In-House Laboratory Support

Our practice features an on-site laboratory with two dedicated lab assistants, providing exceptional support for restorative, implant, and full-arch cases while enhancing communication and case efficiency.

Quality of Life

• Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum three years of clinical experience preferred
• Commitment to comprehensive patient care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in continued clinical growth and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of production
• Guaranteed minimum for the first 3 months
• Earning potential: $200,000–$300,000+ annually

• We are an AGD PACE–approved provider, which means our associates can earn CE credits through in-house courses and training led by our practice owners.
