Full-Time Dentist Opportunity!

Together with EXOS, Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking full-time Dentists to join our teams at Westville Correctional Facility located in Westville, IN and Indiana State Prison, located in Michigan City, IN.

The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.

**No nights, weekends or holidays**

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD
• Active, unrestricted IN license
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Must pass background screening and credentialing
