Founding Lead Dentist – $300K Guaranteed + $30K Sign-On + 4-Day Week

$300,000 Guaranteed First-Year Compensation + Uncapped Earning Potential
We are seeking an exceptional General Dentist to become the Founding Lead Dentist of our Princeton, Indiana dental practice.
This is not a traditional associate position.
We are looking for a dentist who wants the clinical autonomy, leadership and financial upside of owning a practice — without having to personally fund the building, equipment, staffing, marketing or startup costs.
For an experienced dentist, we are prepared to offer:
$300,000 guaranteed first-year compensation
35% of doctor collections with uncapped earning potential
37% accelerator on high production
$30,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
4-day workweek with no weekends
Employer-paid malpractice coverage, licensing and professional dues
Full clinical autonomy
And, most importantly, an opportunity to develop a long-term partnership/ownership relationship for the right dentist.
At $1 million in annual doctor collections, the compensation model produces approximately $350,000.
At $1.2 million, approximately $420,000.
At $1.5 million, compensation can exceed $500,000.
There is no earnings cap.

You will have significant input into equipment, staffing, scheduling, clinical workflow and how the practice develops.
Our role is to provide the facility, administrative infrastructure, staffing support, marketing and resources necessary to help you build a successful practice.
