• Recent Hands-On Experience: From August 2024 to June 2025 in Pittsboro, NC, I served as an Associate General Dentist for a corporation, where I generated $851,000 in total production over 187 working days—that’s an average of $4,550 daily through bread and butter procedures and implant restorations. I stepped up to lead clinical operations, coordinate the team during the doctor’s absences, and ensure smooth, caring service every day. Plus, I invested over 100 hours in continuing education to keep sharpening my skills. I always prioritize patient safety, comfort, and clinical outcomes.
• Training at Creighton University (2020–2024): As a dental student, I handled everything from non-surgical and surgical extractions (including impacted third molars with IV sedation administered by faculty) to root canals, and crafting fixed prostheses using CAD/CAM tech.
• My Toolkit: Surgical Extractions, Nitrous and Oral Sedation, Root Canal Treatment, Analogue and Digital Workflows for Prosthesis Fabrication, Implant Restoration, CAD/CAM Technologies, Treatment Plan Presentation, and Patient Management. I’m quick to learn and thrive in fast-paced settings.
• Giving Back to the Community: Dentistry isn’t just a job for me—it’s a calling. I’ve volunteered extensively, from running after-hours emergency clinics at Creighton to mission trips in places like the Rosebud Indian Reservation and Nebraska/Iowa Missions of Mercy. I’ve provided affordable care in FQHC rotations and CURA Clinics, helping underserved folks with restorations, extractions, and urgent needs. What I’m Looking For:

• Schedule: A balanced full-time setup—Monday to Thursday, 9 hours per day (4 days/week) to keep things sustainable and focused.
• Compensation: $900 daily minimum guarantee or 32% adjusted production
• CE Preference: An implant surgical training course to help boost production and patient satisfaction for the practice.
• The Ideal Fit: A supportive practice that values teamwork, professional development, and patient-centered care. Open to relocation in Indiana for the right opportunity, with immigration sponsorship.
