Directions to the IDA Office

The IDA Central Office is located at 550 West North Street Suite 300 in Indianapolis. We are on the third floor of the Sigma Theta Tau building on the IUPUI campus. Be sure to check in at the front desk before coming up to our offices.

Quick directions: The easiest route to our office is to turn west on Michigan Street from West Street, then turn right at the first street, California Street. The Sigma Theta Tau building is located on the right at the stop sign. See below for more detailed instructions from different directions.

Parking: You may park in one of the visitor spots along the curb of the building’s parking lot, or pay for parking in the Gateway Garage, located just west of our building. Do not park in the Sigma parking lot (other than visitor spots) or in any campus surface lot unless you have an Indiana University parking permit. Campus parking officials will ticket and possibly even tow any cars without a parking permit.

From Northwest Indiana via I-65 South

Merge onto I-65 S
Follow I-65 S to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street/North West Street in Indianapolis.
Take exit 114 onto MLK Jr Street
Use the far right lane to turn right onto Michigan Street
Turn right on California Street
Turn left to park in the Gateway Garage OR
Turn right to park in Sigma Theta Tau visitor parking

From North Central Indiana via US-31 South

Merge onto US-31 S
Take US-31 S to I-465 W
Take exit 20 to I-65 S
Take exit 114 onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street
Use the far right lane to turn right onto Michigan Street
Turn right on California Street
Turn left to park in the Gateway Garage OR
Turn right to park in Sigma Theta Tau visitor parking

From Northeast Indiana via I-69 South

Merge onto I-69 S
Take exit 0-200 to merge onto I-465 S/IN-37 S
Take exit 44 onto I-70 W
Take exit 83B onto I-65 N
Take exit 114 onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street
Use the far right lane to turn right onto Michigan Street
Turn right on California Street

Merge onto I-70 E toward Indianapolis
Take exit 79A for West Street
Turn left on West Michigan Street

Take I-65 S to exit 114
Use the left lane to take exit 114 toward Dr. Martin Luther King Jr St/To W St

Take I-65N to exit 114
