Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.
• Active Indiana dental license and in good standing.

• Experience in general dentistry preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages.
