Associate Dentist Wanted – Kokomo, IN

Associate opportunity in Kokomo, IN (one hour north of Indianapolis). We have an incredible opportunity for an associate dentist to join a private practice.

We are at capacity and need to expand our doctor and hygiene availability to continue to grow and serve our community. The incoming doctor could work 2 to 4 days per week depending on what works best for them, as well as the practice. My current associates have recently made between $175,000-$250,000 per year working 3-3.5 days per week. Benefits including a 401k plan, health insurance availability through Indiana Dental Association, uniform allowance, CE allowance, and mentoring. Associate would be paid as W-2 employee on salary plus production bonus. The sky is the limit.  I always tell my associates, “if you do what is right for the patient the money will follow.”

Because I love working and learning new ways to help our patients; and I enjoy the administrative part of running the office, I have no plans of selling any time soon.

An  ideal dentist coming in would be someone who comes to work, smiling and ready to help others feel special and cared for. We work hard but try to keep things light and fun. Our practice is almost exclusively bread and butter type dentistry.  Yes, sometimes you will need to do a prophy. We always offer the best, most up to date options to our patients. Many of our patients have been with us for  over 20 years!

Ideally the incoming dentist would be skilled in implant planning, placement, and restoration. It would be great if you love oral surgery, enjoy removeable prosthodontics, and are skilled in endodontics. GPR trained would be a plus! But, if you don’t have these skills, we may be able to focus on what you are good at and find a niche for those procedures within our office.  Pleasant personality and attention to detail are key personality traits we prefer.

Our team is very skilled in fabricating crowns using Cerec (Emax  and zirconia) and nearly all of our crowns are made in-house. We offer oral and IV sedation. We have a centrifuge and use PRF for patient care.  We also have a CBCT, multiple 3-d scanners including the Shining Aoralscan Elite with intraoral photogrammetry. We introduced 3-D printing in our office about six months ago. Since, we have been fabricating our night guards and implant guides in-office. We provide clear aligner therapy in our office (Sure Smile). We have both Picasso and Waterlase lasers. Most of our implant procedures are fully guided. We love treating whole families from ages 1-99.

Our new associate must have a team leader personality, positive attitude and be friendly. Also, MUST want to continue to learn and improve. We have worked very hard to cultivate a great culture and are not willing to sacrifice that. Our clinical and professional expectations are high. I care about our patients and want the best for them.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated clinically and wants to avoid all the administrative headaches that come with ownership while earning ownership level compensation with multiple mentors available in office to continue learning and becoming a better, more knowledgeable provider for our patients.
