Dental Operations Director

At Trinity Free Clinic, we are dedicated to providing free medical, dental, and vision care to uninsured and low-income residents of Hamilton County. We are seeking a passionate and driven Dental Operations Director who is ready to embrace our mission and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

• This is a full-time position (based on 4 days/32 hours per week schedule); Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm (possibly 1-2 Saturdays per year)
• We are seeking a working director who will serve as the primary weekday dentist, supported by volunteer dentists and two experienced dental assistants.
• Candidates must have current Indiana DDS licensure and perform extractions
• This is a salaried position (range is $110,000 to $140,000 per year)
• Benefits include paid holidays, Paid Time Off, and a 3% employer match on Simple IRA
• We do not offer medical benefits
• Trinity will provide malpractice insurance and continuing education, including advanced Cerec training
