REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Dr. Jamila D. Miller, D.D.S., L.L.C., is seeking a warm and friendly dental hygienist for our prosthodontic practice in Munster, IN. The chosen candidate will promote oral health by performing prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, implant maintenance, oral cancer screening and taking radiographs. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who wants to join the team long-term. The ideal candidate will work well with patients and staff. We have a great team and want this to be the right fit for you and us.

ABOUT US

Dr. Jamila Miller is a native of Indianapolis, IN and has practiced prosthodontics and general dentistry in Munster, IN since 2008. She continues to learn new techniques with annual continuing education courses and is passionate about approaching treatment from a holistic view.  She is active in the local dental society and community.

Our current team is comprised of four clinical personnel and three administrative personnel.  We are an expanding, tight-knit group with very little staff turnover. We are all very down to earth while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Mature, calm, able to take initiative, detail-oriented, honest and ethical

• Must hold a dental hygiene and x-ray licenses for the state of Indiana
• Local anesthesia certification
• Minimum of two years’ experience
• Familiar with electronic records
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with co-workers in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to adapt to change and growth within the practice
• Willingness to manage schedule and follow-up with patients
