Held jointly with Indiana University School of Dentistry Alumni Association and formerly known as the IDA Annual Session, our Midwest Dental Assembly 2021 will take place at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown May 14-15, 2021. The Midwest Dental Assembly has become the new name of the IDA Annual Session to energize your practice with innovative thinking, create new memories and fuel new experiences for you, your entire team, and families. Our vibrant meeting format will CONNECT colleagues through numerous social events and new Marketplace activities, ENVISION the possibilities of an energized and enhanced dental team, and IGNITE practice growth.

The Midwest Dental Assembly’s Marketplace will be hosted in the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. A loading dock is available for your use and convenience in the East Alleyway. Please note, non-participating Marketplace vendors are not admitted into the Midwest Dental Assembly. As a reminder to participating Marketplace vendors, each 8’x10′ booth space is $1,600 and includes:

FRIDAY, MAY 14, 2021

3–6 p.m.	Load in and setup
6:30–8:30 p.m.	Marketplace Welcome Reception, stop by for Saturday’s free breakfast ticket

SATURDAY, MAY 15, 2021

8 a.m.–1:30 p.m.	Show Hours and Member Center open
8–9 a.m.	Marketplace Breakfast, stop by for Saturday’s free lunch ticket
Noon–1:30 p.m.	Marketplace Lunch co-sponsored by IDA Insurance Trust
1–1:30 p.m.	Marketplace door prize winners announced
1:30–3 p.m.	Tear down

Each standard booth package includes:

One 6’x2’x42” high display table covered in blue drape
Two high stools
A waste basket
Carpet
8’ high back blue and silver drape
3’ tall side blue drape
An ID sign with your company name and booth number

Each 8’x10′ booth space includes five company badges. The deadline to request name badges is April 30, 2021. Vendors should check in and pick up their badges at the IDA Registration Desk located on the second floor of the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown Event Center. Please note, non-participating Marketplace vendors are not admitted into the Midwest Dental Assembly.

A deeply discounted overnight rate of $209/night++ is being offered by the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown through Thursday, April 22, 2021 to our attendees. Due to a city-wide convention being hosted in Indianapolis over our meeting dates, making reservations ASAP is highly encouraged.

For driving directions, please visit your trusted online resource. Located in the heart of downtown, getting to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is simple. Take I-70 East to exit 79A (West Street). Turn left (north) onto West Street to Maryland Street, turn right (east) onto Maryland Street. Hotel will be on your left one block down. Valet parking is in front on Maryland Street. Several major airlines fly into Indianapolis International Airport. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Transportation options from the airport include limousine, taxi, bus or rental car. On-site parking fee: $47 daily or valet parking $52 daily. Self parking and valet is off Missouri Street between Washington and Maryland Streets.

The Indiana Dental Association and IUSD Alumni Dental Conference hosted 1,280 total attendees at the 2019 Midwest Dental Assembly in French Lick, IN this year. What a great turnout! Below is some fun facts:
