The Role of Aerosol on the Transmission of Coronavirus and the Impact in Dentistry (ADA)

Dr. Don Milton will explain the role of aerosol in the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, analyze the potential measure to prevent virus transmission and answer questions related to virus load in the air and patient risk. Dr. Purnima Kumar, will critically examine the evidence on microbial payload in dental aerosols, methods of reducing bioload at source, mitigating aerosol spread and decreasing microbial contamination.
