Activate Your Trial Membership

We want you to become a member of the American Dental Association/Indiana Dental Association/Local Dental Society^* at no charge. The ADA, IDA and your local dental society are offering you a Trial Membership from October 1 to December 31, 2018!

Checklist for Activating Your Trial Membership

To successfully complete our easy online membership application, you will need the following:

• your name and the year you graduated school OR
• your ADA number

Click Here to access the trial membership application located at the ADA website. Simply enter your ADA number or your name and the year you graduated dental school. This will start the trialy membership application process for IDA/ADA and your local component.
