28 Mar Blue & Co Workforce 2024 Survey Results
As dental workforce issues persist throughout Indiana, the IDA worked to address staffing shortages by partnering with Blue and Co to create an Indiana Dental Staffing Survey for IDA dentists. The results highlight dental office trends in Indiana, from salaries and benefits to practice income around the state. In fall 2024 we invited all IDA members to take five minutes to complete this survey.
