28 Mar Blue & Co Workforce Survey Results
As dental workforce issues persist throughout Indiana, the IDA worked to address staffing shortages by partnering with Blue and Co to create an Indiana Dental Staffing Survey for IDA dentists. The survey allowed dentists to better define the scope of the issue. In December 2021 we invited all IDA members to take five minutes to complete this survey.
Every respondent received a full report from the survey and was invited to two webinar opportunities reviewing the results. Blue and Co has now made the survey results public on its website, linked below:
